Digital service (Pro). PokeScanr Pro is a digital service that provides upgraded features (for example: higher scan limits, no ads, and other Pro features).
All sales are final (non-refundable). Because Pro provides immediate access to digital features, purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

How to request help: Contact us at [email protected] with your account email, purchase details, and a short description of the issue.
Cancellations: If Pro is a subscription, you can cancel to stop future billing. You will keep Pro access until the end of the paid period (unless stated otherwise at checkout).
